Feeding America West Michigan 

During ERP implementation prep work, a strategic plan to develop in-house capacity for IT was created as a 3 year strategic plan. A situational analysis, risk analysis, and RAG analysis was conducted for the current-state of Feeding America West Michigan's IT, IS, and Project Management and was developed into a proposal for leadership.
