Policy Writing
This policy was created as part of my role as project manager leading documentation standardization across the organization. In collaboration with our consultant, I designed and implemented this governance framework to ensure all departments follow consistent rules for document creation, version control, storage, audits, and long-term maintenance.

This policy establishes a documentation methodology and provides a structured approach for how information and processes should be documented. ​
Documentation Methodology
To prepare the food bank for an ERP implementation, I collaborated with the our external consultant to develop a documentation methodology that addressed missing business documentation. This strategy defined documentation layers, general to detailed, and established a structured plan for capturing all necessary information.

Together we introduced new documentation types to the food bank, including a glossary of terms, IS maps, foundational principles, business rules, and multiple portfolios, to ensure the food bank had a complete, accurate foundation for ERP readiness.
