Policy Writing
This policy was created as part of my role as project manager leading documentation standardization across the organization. In collaboration with our consultant, designed and implemented this governance framework to ensure all departments follow consistent rules for document creation, version control, storage, audits, and long-term maintenance.

In addition, this policy establishes a documentation methodology and provides a structured approach for how information and processes should be documented. ​
Documentation Methodology
To prepare the food bank for an ERP implementation, I collaborated with internal teams to develop a documentation methodology that addressed missing business documentation. This strategy defined documentation layers, general to detailed, and established a structured plan for capturing all necessary information.

I introduced new documentation types, including a glossary of terms, IS maps, foundational principles, business rules, and multiple portfolios, to ensure the food bank had a complete, accurate foundation for ERP readiness.
